For my first marathon, i took a year to train for it and even then I suffered during and after the race … Subsequent marathons were OK but still I trained for about 3 months before each race. 2 weeks training??? not unless u can walk on water …
Can I just say what a aid to search out someone who actually is aware of what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know find out how to deliver a problem to gentle and make it important. More folks need to learn this and perceive this side of the story.
