All the Best, Ezam & Mimik!

posted by FH2o

Ezam and Mimik, both fellow avid kayakers are running in the Saberkas RH Marathon this coming sunday. The three of us had been on many kayaking trips together before I started blogging.

Ezam, kayaker extraordinaire, is running his first full marathon while little chicken Mimik is doing the pussy half-marathon. Unlike Kenny (sorry hehe), I'm certain that Ezam will finish the marathon; it's only a matter of whether he could do it under sub-5 (below 5 hours) or even sub-4 (below 4 hours).

So guys, do your best but don't break a leg. See you on the waters after this!StumbleUpon Toolbar Stumble It!

God Luck!

and .. Go Go Go
They had been training hard for over the last 3 months; so they are quite well prepared for the race this sunday.

They were also already quite fit (*ahem* like yours truly) to begin with in the first place.

Too bad I wouldn't be able to cheer them along the way as I would be ... on the waters! ;)

Just posted a photo of them together reading a map when we paddled to Bako National Park last March, a year ago.

Best wishes, Ezam and Mimik.
Hey Ezam & Mimik !

Lots of luck and courage for the Marathon. Will be in Kuching soon so lets catch up.

FH2O - keep us posted on how they do =) plez....
hello unker!

i'm a road marshall for that day's marathon. you going? ronnie will be there too and we're gonna be wearing yellow oversized adidas sponsored(sp?) jerseys. 1 person per 300m! enough to just wave at your friend on both ends. haha!
Good luck Ezam AND Mimik.
Love that you have the Kuching kayak blog. Will definitely try it out (regardless I can't swim as I commented in back entries of yours before).Something to think about as "what to do on your birthday"
If i m there its because of Siti Nurhaliza....
I am so glad to inform u all that Ezam COMPLETED the Full Marathon in 4 Hours 32 Minutes while Mimik did the Half-Marathon in 1 Hour 44 Minutes! Great times!
Congratulations are in order!

Well Done Guys!
You did us proud!

Now time to get back on the waters! :)
