    This new little beauty from Dagger would be ideal for the upper reaches of the Sg Sarawak Kiri at Anah Rais in the Borneo Highlands with their tight narrow rivers punctuated with occassional Class 2+ rapids and its short length would be great to maneuver around fallen trees and last minute change of mind on which line to take for a rapid. The light weight would be appreciated where portaging is unavoidable and for easier put-ins. The Dagger Approach would make a really nice whitewater river runner on these rivers ...


    Hmmm. Too many rivers, too many new boats and so little time!

After going in the ocean, it always had some water and sand in it - especially if I got overturned in the surf on the way back in! The slope of the deck would not let the water drain when I turned it over. I finally had to put a drain plug in the stern, even then it wasn't easy.

    On the water it was great - faster than my sit-on-top and much more maneuverable.

    You could have a lot worse hobbies or habits to spend your money on, FH2O. Looking at these, I am getting anxious to get back on the water.
