I was at STB’s (Sarawak Tourism Board) office at Bangunan Yayasan Sarawak for a meeting with their Marketing Manager the other day. After the meeting while waiting for my transport, I took these snap shots of the rain trees silhouetting against the bright blue sky and lovely tender white clouds. Taking in the beauty of it all, my anxieties start to float away amidst the noise and din of the city traffic.

oh, kesian wuching kena sound. but yay! the trees at padang merdeka! they’re really awesome. I’m glad they decided to keep it that way. When I saw the title i thought i’d be seeing the whole trees in their majesty. But alas, you had your eyes still fixed on the sky and clouds. the one on the right looks like an x-ray of the lung by the way. and don’t the branches look so much like bronchi and bronchioles?
