Happy Gawai Dayak

by FH2o on May 31, 2006

Here’s wishing all my dayak friends and readers wherever they are in this beautiful world a Very Happy Gawai Dayak!

I must admit that although I’m a Sarawakian I’d really only had a few dayak friends (hi Father Aeries, John & Pat!) until I started blogging! Not by choice but by circumstances and situation. But that’s a long story for another posting on another day!

Here in Sarawak we have a long 4 days weekend and for those of you who are less careless and less of an ass than yours truly would be able to take full advantage of it for a good getaway!

Happy Gawai Dayak to Agus, Desmond, Vynne, Mag, Puteri and others! I look forward to the good fortune of meeting all of you fantastic folks one fine day!

Great sunset photo from Sea Quest Expeditions.

Well, I’m not from Sarawak (or Malaysia, for that matter), but Happy Gawai Dayak, anyway.

Those are some spectacular photos!

Thanks Francis. I’m looking forward to glide with you this july. I’m getting my ticket to kuching for the Rainforest music festival, by hook or by crook. maybe I’ll end up on a ‘tongkang’ at your private jetty…hahah

Enjoy the holidays.

Oh, great sunset photo ya….
