My mild irritating sore throat has turned into a mild irritating dry cough. And now my nose is feeling stuffy; heck. I should have given that curry (with extra gravy serving, *sigh*) lunch a miss yesterday and to stop snacking on fried stuffs as well. Not one to fall sick easily or prone to minor ailments, I tend to forget that I can and do get sick, though not often. I am very fortunate than most in this regards. But I’m not an immortal as I am reminded again now.
I’ll take it easy today, drink plenty of fluids, stop snacking on junk food and spicy food, stay home and play with ‘kookie’!
