UWO: Unidentified Watery Object

by FH2o on June 14, 2006

I’m sometimes surprised by how my photographs turned out as when a subject captivates me; I would carry on shooting from different angles trying out various compositions and metering at different areas of the picture; without a second thought on how well it had been taken. There is always time for reflection later but the best light may not linger that long for you to capture that magic moment while you are fiddling around. It’s all about capturing the light, there and then.

Anyway, I was really astounded by this photograph I took at the beach on Tuesday evening. It is untouched except for the addition of the border and drop shadow. Since this is not ‘real’ as I did not see it for sure; I think it must have been some kind of digital artifacts of the camera or have I really captured some strange phenomenon - a ‘UWO’; an unidentified watery object!

One mystery after another! I am again, clueless! What do you think? Can someone help me get out of this twilight zone that I have suddenly found myself to be in! Please?
