Talking about not being able to leave well enough alone; there this Richard Moriarty guy who instead of merely decorating his mansion with rare paintings as most millionaires commonly do, bolted a 1974 Lamborghini to the wall of his Newport Beach estate!
The Italian sports car was lowered by a 70-ton crane through a skylight into his living room! Now the Countach is proudly displayed on his living room wall and certainly a topic of conversation at parties. I was thinking that some guy who had one drinks too many may climb into it and try to drive off!
Actually on a much more modest scale, I wouldn’t mind having the frame of a folding kayak hanging from the ceiling. What would you like hanging on your living room wall?
