Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and to be one with nature I become detached from all the grinds and binds that wears me down.
This detachment allows me to see things more clearly and honestly and to experience the bliss of stillness in the silence.

Not running away, just catching one’s breath I think. I used to feel the same going flying or kayaking Maui. A chance to recharge one’s batteries.
