Alternating being under bright sunlight in one moment and the cool shades in the next, the stillness of the calm flat water and the rush of the small rapids; the rhythm of the flow of the river soon takes over and you yield in sweet surrender.

But unlike life’s journey all the surprises on a slow relaxing float down a gentle river are pleasant ones. In a magically wonderful way the river re-charges our spirits and we emerged from the waters whole, elated and revitalized; ready to face the challenges and rush of daily life.
