I first met
Sek San many years ago when he first set out on his own as a landscape architect and I met up with him again in KL through a common Client and he now runs a well known and successful practice. His works and projects had also been featured in a number of industry publications.
He is pleasant surprised that I’m doing kayaking trips and upon hearing about kayaking through the rainforest, has promptly booked 15 places for his entire office for 14
th July next year World Rainforest Music Festival! How about that! But he has a surprise up his sleeve too with his unique retreat out at
Sekeping Serendah.

His office in Bangsar has the most creative and unusual shade for a car porch and an apt statement as the intriguing entrance to the practice. The creepers are called cissus sp. See it for yourself! The residents of KL can check up on this from the directions to his office from the website. Before you start hanging them up, Sek San tells me that they need trimming once every 2 days! And they get in the way of tall people too! Obviously he does not drive a SUV either, or at least he is not parking it there!
Stumble It!
Cool Retreat! Great Design ! Rainforest can be a really neat experience as long as there is no littering and trashing along the trails. I was at Santubong Beach ( Hilton)last year. There was so much junks stucked between the rocks on the beach. A real pity.
If you recall. I still owe you some Kayaking photo from California. Actually I tried to send you some a few months ago but it was rejected as your mailbox was full/short of space ???
