I supposed expecting someone to give up smoking is akin to asking me to give up on enjoying durians, curries, coffee or heavens forbid, kayaking! BTW I don’t smoke; though I can emphatise with smokers but not tolerate their secondhand smoke … *cough*

Same here unker. Someone wants to smoke, fine, just not in MY air. And pick up afteryourself, smokers. The beach is NOT an ashtray.
Giving up tobacco is easy. I should know; I’ve done it many times!
