Buddy Got His Paws Wet!

Buddy got his paws wet yesterday evening as I took him for a short maiden paddle from our jetty at high tide. He took to it like a duck to water and I may have just found my paddling soulmate!

Now you have someone to kayak with and someone to rescue you in case u get heatstroke and fall over the kayak..make sure you train the dog well enough :P

Since dogs often like to ride on things (cars, bikes, etc.), and many dogs like to swim, it’s not so surprising that Buddy took to kayaking with you. Besides, a dog is like a soulmate to its owner, so there!

Did Buddy get into the kayak by himself or did you have to carry him in? He looks like the type that will get in himself.

batukawa - haha! almost everything except a couple of millions in the bank account! ;)

apa itu - i had to entice him with his favourite biscuits but he settled in quite quickly despite some jitters when the kayak rocked a bit when he tried to stand up! i reckoned that after a few more times; he would get in on his own even without the biscuits! just like me!
