Wayne spotted and emailed to inform me that ‘Kuching Kayak’ has been listed in the latest edition (2007) of the new Lonely Planet’s Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei guidebook under activities (page 345) that he had just gotten hold of. Since the lonely planet’s guide books is arguably the most popular with travelers; we are now given world-wide exposure.
And my appreciation and thoughts immediately went out to the guests who had taken our trip and thanked us for showing them a wonderful time and told us that they would be informing the whole wide world/planet about their amazing experience floating through the rainforests, kayaking inside caves, climbing up vines and on occasions kayaking under a waterfall! But we had never imagined that we would be listed in the Lonely Planet that quickly!
