Here’s wishing Everyone a Very Happy, Lucky, Healthy and Wealthy New Year in 2007 in the Chinese New Year of the Fire Pig or more politically correct word - Boar. And here is the picture of a fine specimen that I took just a few days ago but which unfortunately is destined for the BBQ; animal of the year or otherwise!*sigh* The owner (the local headman) did barter trade with the Indonesians for it when it was still a little piggy over a year ago; the longhouse village being just a couple of hours trek from the border.
