A dish to die for - Bintulu’s “Big Prawns Beehun Noodle” @ Sea View Restaurant

We were on a tight schedule yesterday taking the first flight from Kuching to Bintulu and having to catch the noon flight from Bintulu to Miri for another site visit(s) there.

But we were not so ~~stupid~~ busy that we cannot make time for one of the best hawker food that Bintulu has to offer during the bountiful prawns season - “Big Prawn Beehun Noodle” for lunch; before ~~speeding~~ rushing off to the airport to catch our flight. And its so bloody good that I really would not mind if we had missed the flight! It’s that good and certainly one of the finer things in life that makes living in Bintulu that much more enjoyable. Fortunately I managed to take these 2 snaps to share here and to make the gluttons amongst you salivate!
