Prior Written Approval

by FH2o on April 25, 2007

It would seem like some people are not quite able or even allowed to think and make simple decisions for themselves; such as increasing the mailbox capacity without getting the prior written approval of their immediate boss or superior. Either that or this particular ‘business process’ is too rigid and downright stewpig

Result: Bounced emails due to exceeding mail quota and a lot of unnecessary hassles, frustrations, delays and wasting of time and energy to both the senders and receivers alike. *sigh*

How much disk space do you have on your desktop computer/laptop? Instead of leaving stuff on the server, you can modify your email client settings to download all email to your computer/laptop and hence never exceed the mailbox quota. If this is too technical, maybe your IS guy at work can help you with this.
