Life's Not a Race
posted by FH2o
My daughter took part in the 800 meters race during her school sports day this morning and she came in second ... from behind!
I caught her doodling about it on my notebook and this is how she expressed how she felt about the experience! *sigh*

Your daughter is so cute! :)
Anyway, we should let her know that winning is not everything.
All the best to her.

What a coincidence! My school's Sports Day was the same day! I had to take part in a "bread-eating race" which was more about eating the bread than racing...which is why I came in dead last. The bread they gave me was filled with extra-sweet bean jam, and I couldn't swallow it...
Hmm...how should I picture myself?
