Nice new double storey semi-detached house for sale @ Polarwood, Kuching
A good friend of mine has decided to sell off his double storey semi-detached house located in the very nice neighbourhood of Polarwood in Kuching for the asking price of RM462,000/- or nearest offer. It’s unfurnished but comes with new curtains and complete with decorative lightings. I came to know about this when I caught up with him for lunch. Here’s the video of the drive to this new house (which has never been lived in) from the entrance of the estate. As you can see there are only detached and semi-detached houses in this housing estate.
If you’re looking for a new place to stay in Kuching, it’s worth taking a look as it’s conveniently less than 5 minutes drive to the Kuching International Airport. To check it out, call 016-862 6986 for a viewing appointment.

Well, If you don’t get a crazy neighbour who wants to paint his/her house green or Zebra stripes then it should be OK. I saw this house at Ellis road which is jam packed with bottles..imagine living next door to it.
is it near your house? I wanna be your neighbor leh!
Hey, that was my house that Francis mentioned in this post. Perhaps his positive vibe (hmmm, from watching repeatedly The Secret DVD on his ipod touch, I guess) that the house was sold on last Sunday. Hey thank Francis. Anyone who wants to sell his houses or shop houses (or dogs/cats and what not) can approach Francis. He has proven his worth and capability as a good agent for me. Let you in a Secret (punch intended) I didn’t pay him any commission, shhh..
NC - We should be thankful for good neighbours.
wuching - most welcomed but it’s sold now!
Justin Tsan - You’re most welcomed. Most of us do not fully realise the powers we all possess and some think I’m cuckoo when I talk like that! I’m happy for you that you’ve sold your house.
The price looks reasonable considering the location, area & design. Look like a worthy buy.
The only concern is house breaking & night’s robbers looking out for nice houses to ‘get themselves rich with’ & the recent unsafe kuching living conditions .
Anyway, I praise the developer for the reasonable pricing practise.
