Nice new double storey semi-detached house for sale @ Polarwood, Kuching

A good friend of mine has decided to sell off his double storey semi-detached house located in the very nice neighbourhood of Polarwood in Kuching for the asking price of RM462,000/- or nearest offer. It’s unfurnished but comes with new curtains and complete with decorative lightings. I came to know about this when I caught up with him for lunch. Here’s the video of the drive to this new house (which has never been lived in) from the entrance of the estate. As you can see there are only detached and semi-detached houses in this housing estate.

NC March 8, 2008 at 10:14 am: Well, If you don’t get a crazy neighbour who wants to paint his/her house green or Zebra stripes then it should be OK. I saw this house at Ellis road which is jam packed with bottles..imagine living next door to it.

Perhaps his positive vibe (hmmm, from watching repeatedly The Secret DVD on his ipod touch, I guess) that the house was sold on last Sunday. Hey thank Francis. steve September 21, 2008 at 11:03 am: The price looks reasonable considering the location, area & design. Look like a worthy buy.

The only concern is house breaking & night’s robbers looking out for nice houses to ‘get themselves rich with’ & the recent unsafe kuching living conditions .

Anyway, I praise the developer for the reasonable pricing practise.
