Working less than 5 hours and having Zero Time Off?
Zero - that’s the number of posts I had done over the past nearly one month. And I don’t think it’s a good thing that I seem to have zero time left for blogging these days. One of the reasons I blog is to keep a sort of fun journal of the snapshots I take and the happenings (although Kim would define them as very “non-happening”; but what do kids know these days apart from wanting to look good, act cool and spending their parent’s hard earned money - absolute zero; whatever) in my life. For the past few weeks I have inundated by busyness in all areas of my life. It would appear that in a way I have been hanging out in the real world instead of the web! And that has actually been the case!
Zeroing out defective slogans
Anyway while I am “online” during my lunch break; I’d better zero in quickly on what I want to blog about as I have another busy week ahead of me. Which is what my company is trying to do (zeroing in on one of our main problems - amongst many others!) although I would have taken a different approach even though I was the smart alec to come up with the idea of a “pledge banner” for everyone to sign on as a commitment towards “zero defects”. I would have preferred the use of “perfection” rather than the negative intonation which I feel negates the whole concept. I could bitch a lot about work but I will not as life’s too short and precious to be wasted on “zero” and negative people like that.
Have a great productive but not too busy week ahead. I’m zeroing in on that!

I feel EXACTLY the same way. Need to zero in on quiet contemplation, I think. I hardly have time to update my site too.
Well, Francis, I’m glad to see that my fear that your company had finally swallowed you was wrong.
