Caught

by FH2o on October 7, 2009

It’s all too easy to be caught up in the busyness of ‘life’ as we perceive it to be. But it is really a ‘life’ at all if all one does is to be ‘busy’ with our job or work. Is this how we define our existence? Is this how it feels to be alive when one dreads going to work and be stressed out by the demands of it and our bosses?

Although not quite ‘caught’ up in their situation; I was quite taken aback by the ‘misery’ of my colleagues whom I had a meeting with yesterday in Miri; that even lunch time does not seem to bring much joy to their long drawn faces. As such I’d to amuse myself with the larger than life mural painted on one wall of the coffee shop / restaurant.

Catch yourself laughing at the silliness of it all

Catch yourself laughing at the silliness of it all

Have a productive remaining week but please do not get so caught up with it. Loosen up, smile and choose to be happy regardless of the silliness of it all. It’s only bloody work and don’t let the crabs drag you down! Amen.
