My past couple of posts must have given the impression that my situation at work to be quite terrible. It is.
Actually I love my work and working in the company and I get along great with everyone (saved for the swines mentioned of course) but since the beginning of the year, the damage done to the company has been considerable and I’d been waiting to see how much more we bled before something drastic is done to redress the situation. I’ve been the only fool person who dared to speak out and I had paid the price of being sidelined in all the petty and not so petty nor pretty ways that they can think of. But to be true to myself and what I believed in, I know no other way. Others had been cowered to silence, obedience or resignation. But not me. I’m bigger than them despite their positions and I am not going to give them that satisfaction; so I’m going to remain a thorn in their arses and if the opportunity present itself I’m going to up the ante and go for broke. Let’s see who’ll blink first.

Unable and no doubt too embarrassed or humiliated to respond to the facts in my email, the big fat liar instead went crying to HR and the head of my division. I was called in to explain my email and I reiterated the chronology of events in a thorough and clear manner. The facts were clear and indisputable that this big fat liar was fabricating events by recalling non existence meetings and discussions to serve his agenda! Outrageous yes, but I was blown away by what happened next! These two scumbags asked me instead to apologize to this big fat liar for sending him such a rude and ‘insulting’ email! Failing which the Company will take ‘disciplinary action’ against me!
I told them in no uncertain terms that there’s no way I am going to apologize to someone who blatantly lied about me in writing not once but twice! I told them this is outrageous and that I will response appropriately to any threats of disciplinary action. This bitch and bastard are apparently scared of this white man because he is close to or have the ears of the boss and so are on his side despite the facts. This is a clear example of people revealing their true character, or rather the lack of it. I know my rights and where I stand on this and am awaiting for them to bring it on – if they have the guts and they most likely will as they have the malice.
So this is another episode in the happy working life of FH2o as the week drew to a close. *sigh*

I have nothing against fat people but this bloody scum is literally fat and a big liar. I have also nothing against ugly people but he looks like a pig. And I also have nothing against white people as well but he is one of those “angmoh” who thinks he’s still living in the Brooke’s era and act as if he’s a superior lord to us all ignorant native peasants. *puke*
And this white, fat, ugly and obnoxious guy tells not just white lies but is so arrogant of his position in the company that he is stupid enough to tell an outright lie IN WRITING not once but TWICE! Unfortunately for him his email was to me and I have no choice but to reply in writing and copied to all the parties concern questioning not only his unreliable memory but his integrity – or rather the total lack of it. I hope our senior management can see through this character and not carry on with their colonial mentality and continue to buy the bullshit from this white guy and continue to pay this unprofessional and irresponsible big fat liar a big fat salary.

An intensely blue sunrise and an insanely outrageous invasion of privacy and rights at work.
My last post on that outrageous ‘house’ on top of a cliff with massive rock fill to create the retaining sea walls and even more massive earth fills to create the access driveway to the top of the hill more than infuriate the more mindful and thoughtful amongst us on the waste and abuse of the earth’s resources by those just because they can.
And I was incensed too when the ‘emergency’ meeting called to thrash out the issue about internet access revealed more than concerns about office security and staff productivity - it revealed the outrageous invasion of privacy by our IT department who have ‘dossiers’ on the records of staff’s website visits! Needless to say since I complained, and as the head of my department; my staffs were targeted - for logging on to music websites! Subsequent conversations with staff in other department revealed that our emails were also spied on as staff had been called up for disciplinary action for having office affairs after being caught digitally! OMG.
As you can imagine with a defensive and invasive bastard person the meeting did not achieve much but to get me incensed. I was seething. It was a good thing that there was no paddle in the meeting room yesterday afternoon that I could get my hand on. But I could just as easily squeeze his nuts into a fraction of its already puny size with my bare hand. This is outrageous and a sickening state of affair. If I push this issue further I might probably get myself in trouble as this IT person is ‘entrenched’ in our organization and apparently with the support of the top guy in the company or so he brags (and indirectly threatens). I might just take him on the brag and see who blinks first. What shit. And things could get ugly for me but I am not moving ground.
The colours of nature is pure and beautiful. The true colours of some people are perverse and ugly.
